Enterprise Rent-a-Car

Great customer service. The team is very polite and professional. They sought to find a solution to my needs when what I was looking for wasn't available. The car was cleaned and ready when I arrived to pick it up. The return process was smooth and simple.

A reservation was made for a seven person vehicle which was to be picked up today for family coming into town. Upon arrival, GREG stated that the vehicle we reserved was gone and given to a military family that deserved it. We are also a military family lmao THAT RESERVED IT. Family was coming in a few hours and we were out of luck, told there were no other vehicles to accommodate. This place cares about military families until you are that military family. Greg not only gave away the vehicle, but was incredibly rude the entire time. Ruined the family vacation.

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The car was freshly cleaned and ready for use. I was using another enterprise location closer to me but I think I might have found my new location based on the great staff and car availability.

Very unprofessional experience. Called the Yadkins road location and the system transferred my call to this location due to long wait time. At first everything was great. Imani was able to find me a insurance use car and was willing work with me after hours for pick up if needed. I called back letting her know I was able to get it before closing, she told me to meet her at the Yadkins road at 2:30p on the dot so everything would go “smooth”. She hung up before I could ask any follow up questions. 2:30p I showed up at Yadkins road, and the gentleman was not aware of me suppose to be coming. He called Imani who said the car never came back. I heard him lower his volume and reiterate to her on the phone that it was suppose to be an insurance car. So I don’t know if that changed anything, but

Amira provided exceptional customer service. As the sole association prior to a busy memorial day weekend, I witnessed her seamlessly assist multiple customers via telephone and in person and even went above and beyond by contacting other locations to avert a delay with receiving my vehicle. Hopefully she can get some type of reward to recognize her as a valued asset to the Enterprise team.
