Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I love working with my Enterprise Fullerton. Been there for many years and they always take good care of me! I don’t go anywhere else and I bring other people there, too! Thank you, Fullerton, for always having my back!

Had a reservation to get a car they called me the day before and told me to have a full-size car and I got there might wanna walk in. We could definitely feel the attitude. They tried to offer me a small size car instead if I need a full-size car, I would have to pay the difference. I wouldn’t have went there if they hadn’t called me saying they have a car ready for me so I asked for the manager and she was worse the. The sales person and she wouldn’t accommodate me with a car that would cost 5 dollars more a day I usually don’t like living bad reviews, but these people deserve it

So, I'd say that my experience with this enterprise location was a textbook example of a "mixed bag:" The initial rental process was pretty much perfect: I didn't have to wait very long to be helped. They listened carefully to what I said I was looking for in a car and found me a pretty perfect match at (I believe) the lowest possible price point (for a good match). And we then dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's very quickly and off I was! I also chose to extend my rental a few days later and was able to do so easily and (seemingly) seamlessly with 1 quick call. However, upon returning the vehicle: 1) They had WAY too few people working to keep up with their customers at the time, and it therefore took quite a while before they could get to me at all. 2) They (I sincerely believ

Great customer service at the Fullerton location. 3 women were working and all were kind and helpful. Sydney was the main girl that took care of me and she was awesome. It was an easy pickup and drop off. I had a Hyundai Kona…. The car was clean and great. I’ll definitely continue to rent my cars from here.

Be aware!!!! SCAM alert!! I never write reviews, but when I feel some business is crooked, I have to make a statement. Rented a vehicle on July 23 at 9:13 AM I talked to the counter people, very professional, they were great. They actually let me know that they needed the car back within 24 hours because they had someone else who was going to rent the van. It was a cargo van. I utilized it to do a pick up that day and because of the information given to me by the counter person I returned it that night because I wanted to be a good little citizen. Fast forward to October 28, 2025 three months later I get a letter in the mail saying that I caused damage to their vehicle. I also had a witness with me that day to drop me off and pick me up and they would go under oath saying that I never dam
