Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Always an excellent experience at the Williston Rd, Gainesville office. Fact is, I am now exclusively an Enterprise renter (for all my travel needs, regardless of location) as they beat all the others in price, service and, frankly, cars. I have never had anything less than a great rental experience with Enterprise and the people are always exceptionally helpful and personable.

The staff at the Williston Rd. location in Gainesville are great. They respected my sensitive timeline and complicated situation. I really appreciated their hard work and friendly staff.

Recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise at the Williston Rd. Marathon station. Vehicle was perfectly clean and ready to go, all the options were clearly explained. The Enterprise representative Cassandra customer service was terrific, very knowledgeable , thoughtful and pleasant.Much appreciated.

Due to a meeting change, I showed up earlier than planned by a few hours and the entire team were very polite and helpful in getting me the SUV I needed. From the counter person to the gentleman cleaning the car for me to use. It was a great experience interacting with them and their professional attitudes made it a pleasure!

My husband and I booked a vehicle 1 month in advance. On the day of our reservation the manager called to inform us that they had no vehicles available and had no way to locate one despite our advance reservation. The call was actually about 1.5 hrs prior our pick up time ( noon). They even sent a reminder email the day prior. I called corporate and have yet to receive a return call regarding this. We have used this location many times in the past and have never had an issue until now. We will no longer be using enterprise for our car rental needs. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else as booking ahead does not actually mean anything at Enterprise.
