Enterprise Rent-A-Car

G'mar is a gem in this office. He was so accommodating for my family of 5 when we were given a car too small for my children's car seats. Within 24 hours he had a bigger car for me and was so efficient with getting me in and out. He was so well spoken and I can't speak highly enough about him. From check in to check out, he made an inconvenient situation easier!

Fast and friendly service, the car was washed and the inside was wiped clean as well as vacuumed floor mats. I will definitely revisit Enterprise Rent- A - Car at Georgetown, SC. Great staff.

This is the worst experience I have had with a business ever! These people are the most unprofessional group of liars I’ve ever had to deal with. After making my husband and I go on a wild goose chase for two days to try and rent an SUV from them between Pawley’s Island and Georgetown they provided 0 customer service and never were able to provide us with a vehicle. They offered no apologies and were extremely rude to us the whole time. I would never do business with either of these locations and would advise others to avoid this business if at all possible.

booking veh was good. smooth. selection was not bad at all. i loved the jeep they gave me. the ride felt like it needed a wheel alignment. ride was a little ruff. but other than that great condition veh. wish i was told about the $300 deposit before reserving the veh. they have a good selection of vehs here. i would rent again here.

Very disappointed in this Georgetown store lack of communication with renting the mini van The manager did did what he could but I ended having to drive another vehicle plus the one I rented because of everything that happened. I would not say that I wouldn't rent again as if right now NO. Training is needed for the associates behind the desk and communication when dealing with customers when it comes to renting a vehicle.
