Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I wish there was an option for no stars. We had mid-sized car reserved for today at 10 am. We were going to be approximately 1 hour late. I called the number for the Gettysburg branch at 10 am and was redirected to corporate. I explained to the representative that we were going to be late and she told me “no problem”. They hold your reservation for 24 hours. We arrived at the Gettysburg branch an hour and fifteen minutes late. We were informed that our car had been given to another customer. They offered us a full sized minivan for an additional fee. They would not honor our reservation and wanted to charge us more. Do NOT trust this location with a reservation.

I have always had a great relationship and experience at the Gettysburg enterprise rental company. Recently, I interacted with their new branch manager, who was unbelievably unprofessional, rude disrespectful And even an attempt to be bullying. I don’t believe that his interaction is a reflection of the level of customer service and professionalism that one would expect from enterprise rental agency. Be very wary if you’re choosing this location for your next rental agreement.

My dad and I rented an SUV here over Thanksgiving. Staff were extremely friendly and the entire experience was pleasant. Availability was better than other locations too so would definitely to return to this one!

The associates at the Gettysburg office are the epitome of professional courtesy and great customer service! I will definitely be using them again!

Two lovely gentlemen were there this morning when I dropped my rental off. My car was supposed to be returned in Va but circumstances happened and I needed to return it when I got home. The guys were great. It was a super easy return and they were both kind and hospitable. I highly recommend them!
