Enterprise Rent-A-Car

2nd time renting from this Enterprise location (Glen burnie). Process was smooth. I missed their call that they didn't have the size of car I requested on hand, but the representative was able to provide a suitable resolution. Even returning the car was early was easy and quick.

This Enterprise is top-notch with very caring, professional workers. I felt like I was treated with great respect and kindness there. The communication was awesome too. Highly recommended!

Writing this review from the side of the highway, thanks to Enterprise. I picked up the car around 6 p.m. today, and as soon as I left the lot the tire pressure light came on. I turned right back around, but the rental office had just closed. Luckily, someone was still inside, so I explained the issue. He told me to pull into the bay, put air in the tire, and assured me I was “all set.” I was not all set. The tire is now completely flat, I’m stranded on the side of the road, and the store is closed. Not the kind of experience you expect when you’ve had the car for less than an hour. Thanks, Enterprise.

The staff in this Glen Bernie location is very professional and extremely efficient. I was able to rent a Van from them for $20 less per day than my local Enterprise location (20678). The vehicle was very clean and in good repair (except for shaky front right wheel, about which I informed them). They waived late fee for me in returning it an hour after return time.

Not the cheapest, but far from the most expensive. (We paid $51 / Day for a nice little Mazda. I'm 6'2" 230 and was comfortable) But here. No BS. They take your pre-paid Visa (NetSpend) We had 2 extend twice because our repair job was done by Dopey. Sneezy and Droopy. Again, no problems. My buddy has to fly here from Carolina 6 times a year, and uses these guys exclusively, because .... No B.S. He suggested this place to me when my Rolls Royce (yeah right) broke down, this is who I will use for now on,
