Great experience with Goshen Enterprise. Michael was kind and communicated well. They brought the car to the auto body shop which was extremely convenient and I was able to leave the car at the shop once mine was ready. The car was clean and was a newer model which made the experience even more elevated. Bonus that the car matched my purse.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Complete Breakdown in Service and Accountability I have been a long-time customer of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, but my recent experience represents a complete failure in reservation integrity, communication, and customer accountability. On December 18, I reserved a premium SUV for pickup on December 26. This was done well in advance, with the expectation that a confirmed reservation would be honored. On the day of pickup, I received a call from the local branch advising that they did not have a premium SUV available and could only offer a mid-size SUV. While disappointing, I attempted to work with Enterprise to find a solution. Thank you to Michael, Alex and Greg for having such amazing customer service, and making this experience as smooth as possible. The car malfunctioned while I was over 150 miles away, and the guys at this location came to my house the next day to personally swap it out. I cannot recommend this location much more. 12/10. I will be a returning customer!

I've been renting cars from here for months for work. The guys that work here are professional and nice. I've never had an issue and they make it easy. Appreciate renting a car drama free.

Rented a car twice from Enterprise. Each time great customer service, polite, helpful, professional. Vehicles are new, and immaculately clean and priced fair. Would rent from them again without hesitation.
