Amari was an excellent representative for you company. He was knowledgeable and he has a witty sense of humor. This combination goes a long way for customer service satisfaction. I would definitely come back to this location again. Moreover, I requested and paid for a premium 4WD and they delivered. Thank you Enterprise for your no hassle experience.

The manager called to come and pick up a sedan by 430. I arrived around 4 waited while the guy was with a customer once he was finished he told a car would be there by 430 and at 430 he came back and said all he had was a truck or a van. When we spoke on the phone I told him I wanted a small sedan and he assured me that he had one. There was no apology for wasting my time and then had the nerve to tell me to try again tomorrow. So unprofessional it wasn't like I was coming in off the street i had a reservation via my insurance company. I would never go back to that place again

I was very disappointed in my customer service with this location. I was given a car that was not properly working mechanically and I figured that out completely once it began to rain and the windshield wipers and defrost became a huge issue. I was given an option to take the car to the airport because no car was local. No help what so ever I was sent away with no resolution. I returned the car and at early and was told I could not get a refund for the car fully due to the system. I was offered a free day on my next rental but I do not wish to rent with this location ever again.

We have rental from this place the car was very dirty and they said they don’t wash car when it’s cold. We picked it up last week and it feels like something is wrong with the engine and the tire light is on and they’re not open on Saturdays. I wish our insurance company would use other people besides enterprise. They know we have no choice when it is an insurance rental so they treat us any kind of way. Now we are stuck in the pice of crap til Monday because they’re closed tomorrow.

I had a great experience at the Govan's Enterprise Rental Car location! The person that assisted me with my rental was awesome very informative and very fair he was great!
