Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They were fairly friendly, however the car was dirty. It’s been smoked in as you can see and hardly had gas in it. I believe someone else dropped the car off and they just put me right in it. Also after dropping my car off at balentine to be fixed there was an older lady there trying to get ahold of enterprise to be picked up, they never answered. We offer to give her a ride but she was unable to due to work related things, had to tell the enterprise employees when we got there she’s been waiting and been trying to call. Update: been trying to reach them to trade out this dirt car, nobody answers the phone, called the customer service number to have it handle. Hopefully the manger will reach out.

I am still really impressed with the customer service. Everyone helping me were trying very hard to accommodate me on a weekend trip. I got to rent a very impressive Jeep Grand Cherokee L and I didn't even have the time to figure out everything the car had to offer but it made me feel pretty amazing for the weekend. However I took off one star because I had to rent an entire extra day because they do NOT offer Sunday returns but do offer 8:00 a.m on Monday which is crazy. I rented on a Friday around 4ish and dropped it off on Sunday around 3 and still paid the 120.00 extra. That is not a great idea on Enterprise's part because you have a drop off box for after hours and no way to track the time you brought the car back. I made a reservation and called multiple times beforehand to confirm availability, but the phone went to an automated system that put me on hold repeatedly with no answer. I drove 45 minutes to pick up the car, was checked in, and then 15 minutes later was told they had no vehicle for me. Extremely disappointing and unreliable service—no apology, no real solutions offered. Avoid if you need dependable transportation. Waste of time and effort.

Everyone was kind & friendly. I was even offered to be taken back home, because I didn't know they had a dropbox & that I could drop the car off. Thanks for the great customer service & thanks to my nephew for getting me back home. Lol!

***As an update as of August 25th, I STILL have not received a call back over a full week later. I'm genuinely not sure who to refer this to at this time. I have truly never experienced worse customer service in my entire life. My wife and I had scheduled an appointment for 12:00 today online through the enterprise app. My wife arrived at 12:05 and was informed that we didn't have a car for us because we were FIVE minutes late, and they had rented the car for someone else. What baffles me is that Enterprise CLOSES at 12! Why on earth would they even have an appointment opening for noon when that is when they CLOSE. I have attempted to call Enterprise corporate about this issue 6 times, with each time having our ticket "escalated" with the assurance that we will be getting a call back, an
