Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience has always been great. The workers are always so nice respectful and sweet. This is the only one I go to it's no drama, no rudeness or anything I feel so comfortable.

Big thanks to Noah, Nile, Joe, and Connor at Enterprise for the 5-star service yesterday! They made my car rental experience the easiest part of my day. If you need a car, definitely go see these guys!

Been using them the past four months after moving to Louisiana. The staff there is fantastic. There are two Individuals that specifically stand out for me. Joseph and Clara. Both of them are professional and courteous, and make the experience of renting easy. Enterprise, is fortunate to have two young professionals, such as these.

I have booked with Enterprise several times, in-state and out, but never had such a dismissive and unhelpful experience as I did at this location. I flew in last minute because of a family emergency. I booked online as I normally do with my debit card this particular time. I arrived on time only to be told that out of town reservations are required to have a major credit card. He asked had I been contacted by anyone regarding that requirement. I said no. He then said he'd check with a manager. This is where the dismissiveness enters my story. He steps over to, whom he said was the regional manager and asked about making an exception in my case. This individual barely looked up and glanced and my way said nothing. I was given the wrong total for my rental and upon inquiring about it, I was told that it was a miscommunication between myself and the staff member. Then I was told for my inconvenience I won't have to have the gas full on my return, and yet I was charged for it after I returned to vehicle. I was very disappointed in the change in the quality of the establishment. I was emailed my summary of my rental agreement and was told that I had a return of $172.67, yet my bank sent me a email saying that Enterprise tried charging my card for $125.00. I will definitely be visiting them tomorrow morning.
