Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The office is really basic with no real luxuries while you wait. The employees seems helpful and professional assisting with getting you into a rental. I ended up with a '23 Hyundai Tucson which was amazing! The car seemed clean but when I got home I noticed a pacifier in between the seats. The windshield wasn't clean and it was low on washer fluid. I rented on a Saturday and returned on a Saturday after hours so I couldn't give feedback to management about the car. My only complaint is that when I picked up the car they noticed the tire pressure light was on. They said they was going to take it to the back to have it checked but they simply added air to the tire. My reservation was for 1030 am today. The person working said I had 8 people in front of me when I arrived today at 1020 and I would have “a wait”. I asked how long and he said “one hour to one hour and 30 minutes.” I asked then why did I make a reservation for 1030? He said they were short staffed. I left and will never be back. The place was packed and some people had been waiting since 9am with a reservation. It was super frustrating.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I reserved a midsize car for 10:00 AM and arrived early at 9:30 AM to check in. However, the staff completely ignored me for an hour. At 10:30 AM, without confirming anything with me, they tried to give me a compact car instead of the midsize car I reserved—without informing me upfront. When I pointed out the issue, I was told, “If you want this car, take it and leave. If not, you’ll have to wait, and we don’t know how long.” After some discussion, I agreed to wait. Eventually, they gave me a Nissan Versa, claiming it was a midsize car, but it is actually a compact car. I ended up waiting an hour for a car that did not match my reservation, and the overall service was unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this locat

The vehicle I was put in while my car was being repaired was filthy on the exterior and the interior smelled like marijuana smoke. They sprayed some sickening air freshener in it but it did not neutralize the smell. The windshield got nasty after a light rain and there was no windshield wiper fluid in it. The vehicle had about a half a tank of gas when I picked it up, so I made sure it had a half a tank when I dropped it off at the collision shop where I picked up my personal car. A week later, I noticed they had only returned $21 of my $50 deposit. When I called, they said the gas tank was 5.7 gallons short of gas so they charged me $29. Definitely had a good service, the car I had was a Chevrolet equinox and was very well maintained. Never had any use for a rental, but overall I’m very satisfied with my experience. Will definitely keep them in mind for future vacations or emergencies.
