Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've been so grateful to the kind, friendly staff at this GB location - especially their branch manager, Alia, who keeps going "above & beyond" to help me get a car I'm comfortable driving for a month at a time. My own car recently DIED - for GOOD - so I'm tasked with finding & buying a new car, & I've GOT to have Wheels in the interim! Alia has bent over backwards to let me exchange cars & renew my rental agreements, keeping me in a car without a glitch. All the staff here have been friendly, patient, & kind. Each car I've rented has been quite new, clean, and fun to drive!

The Grover Beach Enterprise location has a great staff led by an experienced manager. My rental was as promised, on time, clean and ready to serve my requirements for renting. The vehicle performed well and pick-up/drop-off was a breeze.

They have no communication with the clients whatsoever. Be careful renting with them, they may leave you without a vehicle when you really need it the most, and no body help you to fix the problem no body, the worst experience doing business with them, thank god, that HERTZ was there to the rescue, very nice and helpful personal, just go there straight instead of wasting time in a worse less personal. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 One start just because I had to choose something otherwise No start.

5/5 stars for this location! I’ll explain. I had an issue with my truck on the way home from work, and so I naturally tried to find a rental between San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria, where I live. Okay I totally understand there is a national car shortage, new used and rentals but everywhere, and I mean EVRRYWHERE I called from SLO to SM was completely sold out and booked up. No if’s and’s or buts. I can’t continue to use my truck because I need to fix it this weekend for work next week so I tried one more location that I have dealt with before when I worked for the local Chevrolet dealership. This location is very very, very small for those who haven’t been yet. It’s literally a corner lot. So they have a small selection in the first place, but it just so happens that they had one vehicle

This was the easiest car rental I have ever had. In and out. I was very happy with their service and will use Enterprise again.
