Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is my first time renting from enterprise and I gotta tell y'all, NOPE. From the customer service the chick gave at the front desk, wait time ending up being an hour long just to pick up a truck from reservations, to the truck NOT even being cleaned properly inside (floors vacuumed well unfortunately no floor mats were inside the truck either but dashed board had dust and particles still sitting there), then on top of all that it wasn't even the truck I had on reservation which was a Debbie downer since I didn't need suck a big truck. I am a long time customer with little to no complaints. However, may latest experience was terrible. First, I was given a vehicle with a flat tire. True, during the walk through this is something I should've noticed. Next, I was charged a detailing fee for smoking in the car which I did not. Consequently, I am a smoker but definitely didn't smoke inside the vehicle. I was already disturbed by fees coming out for fees coming out my account from a previous rental weeks after the rental. Still, I believe in paying what I owe so didn't even bother to investigate whether the charges were valid. Now, I feel robbed. Despite being disturbed I plan to return and pray not to have the same things happen. I've learned valuable lessons here. For example, pay more attention to the walk throughs as

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don’t deserve the 1 star. Our insurance company booked a car for us through them, I got a called on December 18th at 10:21 saying that they received our booking and asking what time we wanted to pick up the car I said around 5:00 that day and he said that works, we will see you then, my wife went to pick up the car because it was under her name, she came back home at 5:39 with no car, I asked what happened and they told her that there was no car available, I called them up and ask what had happened and they said that there was no car available and I told them that they called me that morning and asked me what time I wanted to pick up and they agreed to a time. Great experience with enterprise, seen some negative reviews,but really we didn't have any problems the car we choose was the one we got with no problems and all booked on the enterprise app and at a great price.

I rent cars from your company every month, and these problems have started happening way too often lately. I hate your mobile app and customer support. It doesn’t work at all. Every time I make a reservation through the app, when I arrive at the pickup location, they tell me there are no cars available. I waste time and money on taxis. Then, I called all nearby Enterprise locations asking if they had any cars available — any cars at all. They told me yes, come over. But when I arrived, the same thing happened again — no cars available. This is not the first time. In Chicago, I spent money on taxis four times two weeks ago.
