Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The process of renting the car from Enterprise was very smooth and quick. We were given three different options and the gentleman we worked with was Very courteous and friendly! They gave me 3 different choices to pick from and they were all similar to the car I usually drive! I felt very relaxed and I enjoyed driving the Nissan rogue! Also, when we returned it, we were able to drop it off at the shop that my car was being repaired at and we didn’t have to make a special trip to their location. That was very convenient. I would recommend Enterprise anytime to all my family and friends!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I rented a car for 8 days. I was put in a Jeep wagoneer, that had Roaches in it! The roaches burrowed themselves in the base of toddler 360 rotating car seat & I have no way of gettting them out. I had to throw all my belongings away that were in this car for the week. This branch manager Seth & the regional manager, Chris didn’t want to do anything for me but fumigate the car seat & expect me to put my child back in it. So I am out a $500 car seat, jeep wagon stroller, jogging stroller, Kate spade work tote, diaper bag, & with the potential of these being introduced into my home. All I asked Chris for was to replace my car seat & he will not. Stated the exterminator only found a couple roaches after fumigating the car, that it was not an infe

Overall, This place does look small but they take good care of you.The cars you get are decent and the staff is friendly.

Smooth process pick up and drop off the guys were very kind will definantly be back to rent again I would highly recommend enterprise for all you rental needs

Fantastic experience!! First time getting a rental car, actually. I loved my car and was able to get a car within a day! Curtis, Brian, and Ross were all incredibly kind and helpful. Got me a car when I was in need! And I for real loved the car and it inspired me on which car to choose next. Thanks guys! :))
