Responsive and quick service. I did not have to wait long to check-in or check out.
Not a very courteous experience. I came in with an appointment, the lady at the front was with another customer, didn't even greeted me, nor said "I'll be right with you". She left with the other customer to the back, didn't even said "I'll be right back". Kept me waiting for over 20 minutes. I left. I understand every customer is important and that conversations with other customers are important, but it is all how you keep people waiting and how much you acknowledge their time. I found that rude.
