Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a Toyota Camry for two days and had a great experience. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove smoothly throughout the trip. The pickup and return process were quick and hassle-free, and the staff made everything easy. Overall, a smooth and pleasant rental experience—would definitely rent again.

Updating from our last post. Still happy with this location. We wish we could get more discounts as the compact car we booked online wasn't available when we arrived 30 minutes later. Obliged to pay for full size car by the book. No discounts or courtesy upgrade. Overall we appreciate the services rendered. Thanks to the Enterprise Team.

The car was fantastic but the customer service at this particular enterprise was the worst, and then on top of the problems the Associate goes into the place to speak negatively about me and I get a call from the auto shop telling me that he was speaking nothing I’ve about me, I’m thinking to myself why do you have to speak to them about what me and you just went through very unprofessional and I would never go to this place again to rent. Even the manager Joel didn’t correct the issue with his employee so that goes to tell you about them there on mountain road enterprise.
