Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Haverstraw Enterprise Rental is a total scam! 🤬 They take your reservation, and then they 'find' a way to screw you over. Second time it's happened to me! They confirm, I show up, vehicle is right there in the lot, and they're like 'sorry, not available'. Apparently, it's their right to do this, but word is they often pull this move when they see you've scored a sweet online deal. Not cool, and not a Friendly location I'd recommend."

I am Very Disappointed by EnterPrise I did not know there customer service went to trash . I always rented a car by EnterPrise and they always pick me and dropped me off but this time I went to dropped the car sale person Robert Martinez said he can not drop me off and I need to go other locations drop the car and they will give you ride . He just hand over me a bussines card Rahad Altaf who does not work there no more but they still hand over to you his business card what a scam. He did not call other location for me I had to call my self . I drove over to other EnterPrise locations and they gave me ride . Store Manager or Copprate office should take an action if they do not then they all are belongs to same tree.

I have used Enterprise whenever I have needed to rent a car and they never disappoint. They consistently provide excellent service.

Enterprise (Haverstraw location) I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for years. After booking online, the Haverstraw office called to say my reserved vehicle was not available. When I asked if they could check with other locations, I was told no — I had to do it myself. Basic service delivered with coldness, leaving the customer unattended.

I went to the enterprise in Rockland County. They gave me an outstanding service. The car needed even better than the app. In person is a better experience when you’re there ask for Chris good guy.
