Enterprise in Heber, UT was a wonderful experience for us. Preston was very professional and ensured we had a great experience. The car was clean and ran well. The whole experience was great.

Nice well maintained vehicles. Friendly staff. I delt with three different employees all were extremely nice and helpful. I needed the car for a few extra days and they allowed me to rent longer with no problems. They left a wipe packet in the vehicle to wipe the steering wheel abd door handles this just gives added protection. I really loved the Jeep Grand Cherokee.Very comfortable, And nice to drive..I will rent Again.

Generally I've always had a good experience with enterprise so this was a bit of a one off. The vehicle I rent most recently needed to be serviced and would get vibrations at freeway speeds. I get that this by itself is not uncommon to vehicles, the frustrating part of this experience was jumping through hoops calling the closest enterprise locations and even driving to one only to be told they don't have any vehicles available and couldn't help me. One gentleman after telling me they could trade the vehicle out told me I could go to a shop and get the vehicle serviced. I didn't pay for a rental car so that I could put in the time and effort into taking the vehicle in for servicing. The lack of help to get a resolution was disappointing, drove the shaking car back and return it per th
