Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I made a reservation over a month in advance for a vehicle pickup today, only to arrive at this location and be told they did not have the car I reserved. That alone is unacceptable, but the way it was handled made it even worse. The assistant manager, William Hernandez, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. When I asked him to call another nearby Enterprise location to confirm availability before I paid for an Uber, he refused and simply told me to “go there, they should have some.” I explained that I was dropped off at this location and could not afford to waste time or money traveling to another store without confirmation. He showed zero concern or effort to help and clearly did not care about resolving the issue. As a Tier Plus customer, I expected at least basic customer serv

I had a great experience at the Hialeah location. William provided excellent customer service during both the pickup and return of the van — he was friendly, efficient, and made the process smooth. The van itself was exactly what I needed for my trip, clean, comfortable, and handled perfectly. Overall, everything went smoothly from start to finish. This is how every Enterprise should function. A helpful team that listens to you and helps you out. Had a incident at the East Hialeah location and William came to the rescue right before a busy holiday weekend. He got me in the rental I needed while the other location just brushed me off and told me they didn’t have anything for me hours before the reservation, which mind you was done two months in advance. Clean, well kept cars. Friendly staff. Nice office. This is where you need to come get your rentals.

Our experience with Enterprise was always great. All the personal are excellent. The manager Luis, is always available for us, helps us with our requests, is very fast, clear and knows about our needs. William also is very kind, professional, knows about the best for Us, answer all the questions with patience and is doing an excellent customer service. I truly recommend it.
