Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Yesterday I returned my 6th rental from this location. Over the years I rented vehicles from this location due to need and some for pleasure. Each time the reservation, pick up, and return were extremely easy. The staff have always been friendly, professional, and thorough. That’s why I keep going back.

Esteban was awesome!!! He checked me in and was very helpful. Gave me an upgrade. Friendly service. He called and asked If I was enjoying my car. He also asked again, if I enjoyed the car, when I came in to drop it off, even though he was busy. "I'll be back"

Please accept my positive feedback regarding Sanal Cheripuram. The service provided was outstanding due largely to their incredible patience and attentive attitude. They listened carefully, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and ensured a completely smooth and positive experience. Their approach is a model for excellent customer service.

Refuses to honor reservation for compact car at price because there were no more compact cars, and continued to act as if he was doing us a favor by renting us an suv for $200 more or a mid size car for $100 dollars more. Said he was supervisor in charge… and that he has a lot of customers today. I will be sure to have the Syosset branch call you to thank you for giving them my business. These businesses have no care for customer service anymore… only in America as my dad would say.
