I had a great experience , only the price was a little high for just one day basic car , . But the attention is excellent !! Tavis Ross and the other agent I think is Eric , are very helpful people and friendly! Absolutely I’ll come back when I need it !

I like the offer they gave to me for a 1 week usage at affordable price. I recommend them to anyone to rent a car from them. They are the Best among all car rental companies. Wonderful customer service. Agent who prepared my contract knows how to multitask, deal with pretentious hipsters, AND keep his cool at the same time! Everyone I interacted with was kind and patient. Just wish they were open on Sunday because we decided to turn in earlier than planned. Dunkin Donut 2 doors down was a bonus.

The service that ai received during my last visit was terrible. Beginning with the level of communication and ending with the safety of the vehicle. Enterprise must have lowered their standards when it comes to providing good customer service.
