Worse location I ever had to deal with. They first gave me a car with a broken horn which could have ended very badly, secondly I had a corporate code from my job, manager Christopher lied and said it’s not a working code which I use all the time didn’t even let me show him my paystubs. Continuously asked me a lot of questions about why I need the rental what I’m doing with it very unprofessional ! Then he did not like that i said I was going to a different location so he flagged and wrote on my account !! Very much a bald hater !! After that I was returning back the vehicle the SAME DAY he reported the car as stolen ! I will never rent back from here don’t even waste your time.

I cannot say enough about how great this Enterprise location is. Christopher Pierre should be employee of the minute, hour, day, week, month, year, and decade. This guy is the best of the best putting in so much. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are well taken care of. He epitomizes the Enterprise brand to make it the great brand it is. He is exceptional and he deserves all the accolades possible. I hope management recognizes his dedication and reward him accordingly. It is not often someone is so hard working like Christopher.

I’d like to commend Assistant Branch Rental Manager, Shanique Jackson, on her Customer Service skills and demeanor. She was very professional, proficient, informative, and patient. She went above the call to assist me with my rental. Because of her, I will use Enterprise again

The customer service was 10/10. They were very understanding and hopeful when it came to my insurance as well. The car I rented was so good that I went to go buy one right after I dropped the rental off.
