Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Hailey is amazing and will take care of your needs as you would expect..would highly recommend her and her staff at Hopkinsville Enterprise 1000 times over...the entire process was as smooth they picked me up at the collision center and the vehicle she put me in was a little bigger than what I needed and after my moms treatment in Nashville was over I called and asked to be in something smaller and she made it happen..I rented for a little short of three weeks and she was great. When I picked my car up at the collision center they told me I could leave the rental and they would call to have it picked up..I'm sure they would have but after Hailey doing so much for me I decided to drive it to them and then was given a ride back to the collision center to get my car back..

Honestly, if I could give this 0 stars I would. We booked a reservation over the phone to pickup same night and after driving the 30 minutes to get the car, we were told the reservation was never put in. We booked a new reservation for noon the next day (today). Just before we were to head out to get the car, we were called and told they didn’t have a car and would call us when they had one. That doesn’t sound right to me, if a reservation is booked we get the car at that time. I called the customer service line and was told the area manager would find me a car and call me in an hour or so. I never got the call. I called back and was told they aren’t allowed to give estimated times so they weren’t sure why I got one, but that they’d escalate me to corporate and I’d hear back soon. I still

Although Hoptown may be a smaller hub in terms of the availability for a large selection of Enterprise vehicles, nevertheless, the team there is dedicated to upholding excellent customer service. From Gabriel's warm welcome + Hailey's thoughtful call to check on potential need for extending the rental period to Manager Raymond's timely responsiveness and executive decision-making skills, I highly recommend leasing from this Enterprise office.

Enterprise was on my side. My own vehicle limped into a car service for repair. A shuttle brought me and my elderly mom to Enterprise. They made a special effort to accommodate her. Gave me a lesson on how to operate a 2025 VW. This car was a dream to drive. High compliments from a 70 year old who has never driven anything manufactured before 2008. The rental lasted 3 days longer than I requested, the extended days were no problem. Thank you to Raymond and his crew.
