Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a phenomenal experience with this location. I recently had a minor accident (not at-fault) and when the other driver’s insurance gave me trouble about the rental car, the employees and managers at this location were amazing. So helpful and informative, literally the only smooth part of the whole experience. One of the managers, LV, helped me out when I returned the car and the customer service from him and everyone else I interacted with was 10/10, I highly recommend this location.

I had such a great experience with Cassie! We spoke over the phone, and she had an amazing, positive attitude the entire time. She provided great service, was very polite, and made everything so easy to understand. You can truly tell she cares about helping people. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness!

The staff here is awesome I worked with cacey. She was so friendly and inviting, She gave wonderful customer service. She really cared about my individual situation and set me up for success by making sure I had insurance before leaving. The customer service is what keeps me coming back.

Terrible experience for both this location and the Kingwood location. Very unfortunate One-Star that could have been 5. My rental was scheduled for 11 am. On my way to pick up the rental, I received a call informing me they did not have the car, and their cars were all in the shop for repairs. I asked for an ETA, and the employee said he would find out and call me back. No call back. Around 12:30 pm I called this location to find out more details. Different employee who said the cars would not be ready until 3 pm. Then proceeded to tell me to call the Kingwood location to find a car. I called the Kingwood location mentioned, and they don't have any cars available until 4pm. I'm supposed to be at my destination by 4:30 pm, and the travel time would have put me past the scheduled meet

This Enterprise location has the best and friendliest staff and the BEST customer service! From start to finish, they cared about my needs and made the rental car process so easy. I was in a car accident and I started off talking to Cacy, who was so sweet and made sure to explain all necessary information. Sergei was very kind as well and helped with the process and Bruce was very hands on when I needed to switch my rental out a couple of times due to unforseen circumstances. They were all very patient, understanding and quick to apologize when there was an issue with my rental. Hands down the best rental car place I've been to in a long time.
