Knowledgeable, professional and courteous employees. I dealt with customer representatives over the phone, as well as, in person and all employees were extremely helpful and patient, explaining everything in detail. Highly recommend Enterprise for a care free rental car experience.

They always do a walk around the vehicle at pick up not this employee said initial here here and here I took my debit card insurance information Driver's license information and handed me over the key. He said that white SUV out there that's the one you'll be driving today. So my son and I walked around the vehicle. Documented evwrything inside outside the vehicle. video recorded, I took pictures. I always had someone walk through. I'm walking around document the fuel. I took pictures documented it for myself. Very disappointing, very disappointed it has issues nobody came out to check while we did a full 360 on the vehicle. So we'll see how drop off goes when I drop it off in March. I had a small issue, one car smelled a lil like cigar smoke, but Ryan exchanged it immediately. I had a rental for about six weeks. My personal car was hit pretty hard, so I was dealing with that, two different insurance companies, the collision center, my bank account had got hacked & I was very new to Pennsylvania. Needless to say it was a lot, all at once. But Ryan & Loake helped me through so much. They were both kind, patient, informative, and I truly appreciate them & their professionalism. Especially Ryan. Great experience with Chris and all the Hershey staff, friendly and extremely helpful. Had to take a trip with my boys and car is in the shop, got the vehicle I needed for an incredible rate, and was in and out in a flash.

I got stuck in pa after an accident I Reserved a car online, paid online when I walked in I was told because I have an out of state license to get a rental I’ll need a $300 down payment. Which is fine but he then told me it cannot be a debit card with my name clearly on it, it has to be a credit card. So I put $300 on my credit card… just to be told “oh that’s the minimum, I would need $600 for the hold.” This is ridiculous. I’m now stranded in pa with no way to get a rental car after being a loyal customer for years to this ridiculous company
