Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great staff, ready to help you when you arrive. Vehicle was very nice and clean! I was checked in and ready to leave within 20 minutes. I would get text messages throughout my trip from them, to assure that everything was going smoothly and if there was any kind of question ir concern, to call them. But everything was awesome. I would never rent a car from any other place!

The store employee, Terrance McDonald was an exceptional employee. He greeted us upon arriving, he was friendly and seemed happy to be there and happy to help us. From the time we started checking in at the desk to getting our rental, we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. We value are time, Terrance showed with speed and precision that he too understand the value of a customer's time. He definitely deserves a BONUS and PROMOTION in order to keep such an exceptional employee around. After checking in at the desk, before I had a chance to sit in a chair to wait, Terrance was out front with our rental car ready to do the final walk around. Excellent service and assistance throughout our rental car experience. Terynce, the branch manager, was great to work with! I hope we never have another breakdown while on the road but he definitely helped us through a tough time.

The staff here is great and the cars were really clean! However, there was a pretty long wait and the car had a pretty strong smoke smell. Still giving 4 stars because the staff was super sweet, and the smell i believe to be an Enterprise problem, not specifically this location.

Visiting from Ohio. Got my rental there and returned it to this location. Excellent experience! I can not speak highly enough about Patrick! Great customer service is rare these days. I have had nothing but awesome experiences with Enterprise. Thanks again, Patrick for going above and beyond!!
