Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I used this location for a rental while my car was being repaired at Caliber Collision. The customer service was excellent and the door to door shuttle service between them and CC was convenient. I appreciated them providing great service despite a major snow/ice storm in the region.

Very good customer service! The representative at the front desk was very professional, polite and accommodating at the location at Baltimore Ave in Hyattsville, MD. I also was picked up from Collision Calliber body shop to retrieve my rental. The driver was kind and professional as well! I most definitely recommend this establishment!

Bad customer service, I have reserved a car for Tuesday and had to wait 2 hours to get a car because they didn’t have one available for me. The car was dirty and had to come back the next day because a check engine comes on 10 mins after driving the car. The supervisor Cabella is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was make fun of the situation with a co-worker about me requesting a different car. I only want a reliable car to take me where I need to go, without having to worry about my rental car.

I had a rental after my car was stolen. I didn’t like the rental and it had an oil change error on the screen. I was told by the guy at the rental place that it’s good to go and it’s just an error that will be corrected once they restart the car. I came in to redo my contract with them and then was told I had to switch the car out immediately as it needs a oil change and they would charge me extra to clean the car and fill it up despite me not being aware I had to rerun the car and was originally told I can extend the rental. The men there lie to women regarding what’s going on with the car and it’s not safe or ethical to have to deal with this. I ended up switching out the car for another week as I was looking to buy a new car but I will NEVER rent from this location ever again. They don’

My experience was a positive one inspite of the fact I had to get a rental. The workers were friendly and accommodating! My rental vehicle was nice. Thanks to the staff!
