Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I used Enterprise’s service for over a week and had a fantastic experience. They made the entire process incredibly easy, even when I had to modify my reservation twice — customer service handled everything smoothly and efficiently. They went above and beyond by picking me up from my home and later retrieving the car from CarMax when I was finished. Special thanks to Jay for his outstanding support and professionalism. He truly helped make an unfortunate situation much easier to navigate. Highly recommend Enterprise for their flexibility, excellent customer service, and commitment to making things convenient for their customers.

I was sent to Enterprise Irmo by roadside assistance after my rental car broke down mid‑trip. They knew I was coming, but when I arrived, I was told they had no vehicles available because they were severely overbooked — despite me being the only customer there. Instead of helping directly, they redirected me to a mechanic down the road. So they did not do the vehicle switch, as I was told by roadside assistance. Instead, they literally sent me to their mechanic. To me, thi was a serious lack of quality customer service. The experience put my trip at serious risk of delay, though the mechanic was quite professional and nice. Enterprise Irmo’s lack of preparation and support was very disappointing. I left the rental at the business after hours right before Thanksgiving 2025, but l left some of my keys on the key ring. I called the next day to let them know and they said they would mail them to me. It is now December 19, 2025, l still haven't received my keys from them. They are not trustworthy, truthful,nor reliable. It's now February 9,2026, l never received my keys, that they said they sent by fedex.

Omg nicest rental car place ever!!! I wish at the airport I had such amazing and helpful and nice rental car places. Riley is ThE best. He will do everything to make you happy and comfortable. Thank you to the enterprise in irmo. Wd will only be using them going forward.

Where to begin friday they will call set up a time no call. We called on Saturday no openings to get a car. Monday can you pick us up. First answer was no we don't do that which they market as a benefit of there service.They agree to pick up at 4pm-430pm Monday. No one ever showed up and no one answered the phone the many times we called.Had to get a ride to Irmo office. Then when we showed up we asked what happened to pick up and then all the excuses began depending on who asked everyone had a different excuses. So if you want your loved one to be lied to and left abandoned at the agreed apon location choose this one.
