Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We rented from the Jackson Ohio branch and I want to say we received excellent service. The workers there were very helpful and accommodating to our needs to get me the proper vehicle in a timely manner. They were nice, answered all my questions and gave us a good rate. I will be returning there the next time I need a rental car and recommend them to anyone looking for a rental. Thank you so much for the great service.

The staff at Jackson, Ohio was fantastic. Ian kept in touch with us and was phenomenal. The rental van was spotless and exceeded our expectations. Great experience. Kenny

Ian was fantastic! Communicated with me on issues, gave a fantastic discount when my original reservation could not be met and went above and beyond to make sure my rental experience was as painless as possible. 😊

Not reliable. Had arranged a time for an out of town appointment. Had to cancel because they had "nothing available". I won't do business with these people again.

I rented a Toyota Camry for a month with these folks. Trevor and company made my summer with this experience! They gave me a free upgrade from economy and provided stellar service!
