Enterprise Rent-A-Car

It was so easy to rent the car we wanted.I will always use Enterprise for car rentals.

My experience with Enterprise in Jacksonville, Texas, was incredibly positive. Their supportive staff took great care of me, selecting the perfect rental car and explaining everything thoroughly. When my vehicle was finished sooner than expected, they adapted to my schedule constraints by letting me leave the rental at the body shop and finalizing the return over the phone. Their commitment to customer satisfaction makes them highly recommendable.

Customer service was phenomenal, vehicles are always top tier. I will always choose Enterprise for my car rentals!!!

My husband called yesterday to rent a SUV and was told he would be able to book. We head over there this morning to pick up the SUV and we get slapped in the face that he has to be 25 and have a major credit card! Would have been nice to know when he called. No only that but the guy in charge was a major jerk. He has no customer service skill and had completely no empathy! My husband is only 5 months from turning 25 and better believe if we are ever in a situation where we need to rent a vehicle again we will not even consider this place. We will also make sure to let are friends and family know not to waste their time or money at this place!

Friendly and courteous service. Anthony and his team made my experience at the Jacksonville location over the holidays a great experience. It's nice to know that there is people out there that still care in the customer service industry. They were able to get me in and out during a time of need. I highly recommend this enterprise rental company.
