I have been renting from this Enterprise location for several months and consistently paid my balance, even during a long-term rental. Whenever a charge declined, I contacted the branch through Enterprise’s official text messaging line and authorized them to re-run my card, which they did. My payments were always brought current. Despite this, when I arrived on January 19 to complete a routine contract rewrite (something I’ve done many times), the current manager, Dom, was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told that my rental would not be renewed because I was “two weeks late” on rewriting the contract — even though my account was fully paid and Enterprise had multiple points of authorized communication from me. Make sure to call to confirm your reservations. This location takes reservations for cars they don't rent. When you arrive, they send you 15 minutes away to their Plymouth Meeting location which has different hours. Bait and switch, choose Hertz instead! Now Enterprise has responded and expects me to waste more time by telling them the details of how they messed up. Hey Marissa, I provided everything you need in my review. Call the location, give them my name, solve the problem yourself. You deserve all the one star reviews you get.

Do yourself a favor and book at any of the other local enterprise branches instead. I am typically so loyal and love enterprise for the excellent quick, easy and most of all reliable experience. This location was the exception I had by far the worst experience of our lives and was left with no van to get everything to our wedding after purchasing and packing everything into boxes meant to fit in it. The girl couldn’t have been nastier and less helpful and continued to go out of her way to make our wedding weekend more and more difficult. If it wasn’t for another branch coming in with the exceptional service I expect and saving the wedding later in the day I’d happily waste all my enterprise rewards earned and never use them again. Instead will just NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Stay far away from this location if you expect even a basic level of professionalism. The manager on duty, Dom, conducts himself with the hostility and immaturity of someone completely unfit for a customer-facing role. His behavior toward me was belittling, condescending, and shockingly aggressive — the type of attitude you’d expect from someone more interested in asserting faux authority than actually assisting customers. Dom seems desperate to portray himself as a “tough guy,” but all it accomplishes is driving paying customers away. This location has become a masterclass in how to alienate the public. I began renting with Enterprise when my car was in the shop under my insurance policy. Once the coverage ended, I had no issue paying out of pocket to keep the vehicle. What surprised me was the attitude I received when I went to extend my contract. After months as a paying customer, the agent made it clear they were eager for me to return the car and be done. The lack of courtesy or enthusiasm to continue my rental was disappointing and unprofessional. For a company that benefits from long-term rentals, I expected better service and respect. Based on this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for future rental needs.
