Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the pickup process quick and stress-free. Even though there was a hiccup with the first car that was given to me, the employee handled it promptly, made it right, and was very helpful throughout the process. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained, including the return process. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth experience. I would absolutely rent from them again, even outside of an insurance claim situation.

I’ve rented here a few times for work and personal rentals. The staff is fast and super friendly. The cars are clean and well maintained. And the price is reasonable after the security deposit drops off. Highly recommend.

The staff was incredibly friendly—from the gentleman who picked me up to the person behind the counter. This was my first time renting a car, and they patiently walked me through the entire process, answering every question I had. Even while coordinating between the insurance company and Enterprise, they made everything seamless and never made me feel like the middleman.

This branch of Enterprise is really something special. They are very very nice and so helpful with me and my family. They really went out of their way to help us get a wonderful rental! We will definitely be working with them in the future for all our rental needs!!
