Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience at Enterprise in Jupiter, Florida! The team was friendly and efficient, and the whole rental process was smooth from start to finish. I rented a Black BMW 3 and driving was excellent. Taylor Ann Mc Gee was especially helpful and professional—she made everything easy, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for excellent customer service and a hassle-free rental!

Wow- an abysmal customer service experience. They didn’t have a car available. I understand, it’s a busy holiday weekend. What most irritates me is the lack of customer service surrounding not having a car. When I called to ask for an update the front desk said I can make other arrangements and that was that. No offer to reach out to other locations or assist me. Never received a call to let me know a car wouldn’t be available that day at all. Called in the morning and was told they were 20+ reservations behind because of rental extensions, and that’s just the way it is- try a different location. I have to call that location to confirm though, that’s my job not theirs, per the person I spoke with. When I asked about a discount for the inconvenience-no sorry because you’ll be transferring

I’ve rented from this location several times, and they consistently fail to provide the vehicle they promise. When issues arise, they don’t welcome feedback and seem more focused on protecting their staff than serving their customers. This time, they were short on cars and found an excuse to cancel my reservation. When I pointed out—firmly but respectfully—that the tank was only a quarter full, the agent accused me of being disrespectful instead of listening and providing his rebuttal. They discriminate against older people.

Went to pick up a car using a reservation our insurance set up for us. The rate of the car was never verbalized to us, we did not realize that enterprise put us in a car over the policy limit until after we returned the car. I acknowledge that a receipt was emailed to us. But who would agree to spend a thousand dollars out of pocket when already dealing with the stress of trying to get a car repaired from an auto accident. The people here have been nice, the cars clean, but when i called to explain that we would never have agreed to this. I’m told you signed for it. Yes, outside, in the sun, on a small tablet, i blindly signed. Shame on me for not making sure you put us in a car that was covered by the reservation that was already set up.

This used to be my go-to car rental location. It was well run and consistently offered great prices—until recently. I made a reservation, but when I arrived, the staff seemed almost surprised that I expected the vehicle I reserved to actually be available. It felt like something straight out of the Seinfeld reservation episode. They made things worse by insisting they left a voice mail right after I booked—no such voicemail was ever received—and claiming they had called me before I arrived, which also never happened.
