Enterprise Rent-A-Car

All staff are friendly and knowledgeable and easy going. Cars are squeaky clean, reliable and very well maintained and of good quality. If I were going to purchase a good used car I would go to Enterprise! They even gave me a ride home. I have been going to Enterprise since around 2018 and highly recommend them. Best car rental around.

Usually pretty happy with this location. Certainly better than the Brattleboro one. The few issues I've had have been quickly resolved by the friendly staff. Only improvement I suggest is the windshield cleanliness. Most vehicles windshields need to be cleaned multiple times to remove streaks, residue, saliva! from the initial cleaning process. Could be better.

Outstanding service. The gang at the Enterprise in Keene go above and beyond and make you feel very comfortable. I enjoy renting from and will continue. I even ran it through the car wash at Buc -ee's...couldn't pass up 1.73 a gallon.

The car was a wonder. Clean, no damage, great gas mileage: That being said. I have been charged 4 TIMES for tolls that should’ve firstly come out of the “deposit” and certainly did not cost 126$, I was charged for an airport fee that didn’t exist because we didn’t go through to any airports while we had the car. That was corrected but it was like pulling teeth. Staff has not been helpful with the toll situation and has repeatedly sent us to some random call center where we have sat on hold for over an hour multiple times. As much as the rental itself was seamless.. the return and unhelpfulness of the staff has not been. You really need to figure your stuff out, Enterprise because this is not acceptable.

We always have a great experience renting via Enterprise in Keene, NH. This time we had an issue (rear ended by some crazy person down in Florida). Thank goodness we were all okay, but we were worried about how to get another car, etc, etc. We called Nicole at the Keene office and she speedily got us in touch with an Enterprise office 3 miles from the accident. They quickly exchanged cars with us and processed the claim info so we were on our way in no time. Highly recommend Enterprise as a great company, but the staff here in Keene, NH is AWESOME!!!
