Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I absolutely love this branch! Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. I’ve never rented before and suddenly found myself in the position where I had to rent as the main source of transportation and everyone in this branch (Reggie, Antoinette, Gabriel, and Ben) have all been amazing in the process. I’ve had interactions with each person since I’ve been up there often, and the customer service never differs. They’re very hardworking and take their jobs seriously while also maintaining a welcoming environment and that really makes a difference as renting a car can be a headache sometimes. I love this branch and will continue to use them for as long as I have to rent. Definitely recommend them!

Picked up a Rav 4 here 2/24. Car was real dirty on the outside and they said they didn't have the hose working so they couldn't wash it. I told them no worries. Inside of car was clean, all good. But upon return they said there was a dent on the back of the car and charged me an additional $200. It rained while I had the rental and cleaned the car off a little revealing the tiny dent. If you decide to rent from them, make sure you take plenty of pictures of the car before hand. I know the car did not get dented or scratched more than it already was in my possession. They basically scammed me out of $200. Everyone at the location was nice and other than the extra charge this would have been a 5 star review. But the damage reimbursement for the tiny dent that was hidden by the car

RESERVATION MEANT NOTHING - “NO SUVS IN THEIR FLEET “ I reserved a full-size SUV for a long family trip (six adults, 12 hours on the road, departing at 6:00 AM the next morning). I checked in online prior and when I show up to pick up the vehicle, I was told an SUV was expected back, it would be cleaned, and—as a courtesy—delivered to my house that evening. Sounded reasonable. Two hours later, as closing time approached, I called just to confirm timing. That’s when the story completely changed. Poor experience with this location. Dishonest staff. I was in an accident where the at fault driver's insurance was paying for the rental. I specifically told them I only wanted the car that was completely covered. They put me in what was on the lot and did not disclose it was $4 more per day than what the insurance company was covering. After returning the rental I was charged over $100 for the balance. I reached out to them directly and spoke to multiple people and each time they said they'd work with the insurance company to increase the amount and get the charges removed. After calling weekly for updates for over a month, Ben finally told me I was responsible because I signed the rental. I don't believe they even attempted to contact the insurance company.
