Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently rented a car from this location. My pickup experience went well as the employees were very friendly and helpful. The information on the rental contract correctly showed I was renting a car for several days with a drop-off scheduled for 1:00 pm on a Sunday. Everything appeared fine. The car was nicely cleaned on the inside but dirty on the outside. It was explained to me that there were some restrictions at their location that prohibited the cleaning of the car’s exterior. I was fine with that. I cleaned off the bird poop at home. I drove the car home with the intention of leaving on an out-of-state trip the following morning. I've used Enterprise for years. My last trip all vehicles were booked so I had to go elsewhere. What a mistake! It made me realize how good Enterprise is. Their vehicles are always clean and full of gas. I get the vehicle I wanted or a free upgrade. They have a convenient lot to leave your vehicle and after hours drop. The people are always top notch! Best car rental company I've used.

Awesome service and cars. The Brazilian gentleman Gustavo and the other gentleman who was there were extremely helpful, professional and kind. Not only did they help me awesomely but we're also very helpful and great to a distressed family who arrived desperately needing a vehicle. Great service and great people. Please give them a raise

Wasn’t able to get a car because these people do not know how to verify an active duty solider in the military. Obviously since I get paid by the government I didn’t have an employer name or a person that paid me. Only the agency called DEFAS an agency that takes care of members of the military pay and benefits. Even tho I showed my Les and proof of my services and my pay stubs they still said no, even the manager! Even through all of it ( the paperwork) being from a government organization THE ARMY they still refused. Wasted a uber to get there never going again. Cheaper and less stressful options.
