Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am writing to highly recommend the rental car location in the Lake City area. I have been a loyal customer for several years, typically renting a car once a month, and the staff is consistently accommodating and understanding. While they are a small store, and sometimes the selection is limited, they always make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. I often book several weeks in advance and call a week prior to confirm the reservation (as the online system occasionally glitches). They are always proactive about confirming the vehicle I want or suggesting alternatives, which I appreciate. The young lady who recently became the assistant manager is exceptional. I rented vehicles twice in the last few months. Both times the vehicles stunk inside, and were dirty inside and the windows were very dirty. Seemed like a rush job to get another customer in it as soon as possible . Then they would call me in the middle of the rental asking me when I would be returning it. The second time I needed a rental, I got dropped off at Enterprise in the morning, they said they had no cars available, but the lot seemed full. They did not offer me a ride. I was stuck there on my own . Then they try and get you to pay little fees here and there above the rental cost. I flat refused and got loud, they waived the charges. They say they come and get you and drop you off, yes , if it's like 3 miles away. I promise you, I will not rent there again.

Staff members are exceptionally good. Way beyond other Enterprise Rental locations in other cities down south Florida. I felt welcomed coming in and treated with kindness and friendly hospitality. Their service to get a car was probably 5-10 minutes total. Keep it up and spread the love to other locations 😊

Reserved a vehicle after ours ended up being totaled. Showed up the next morning after reading the confirmation email 10x or more and was given completely different information. They don't accept debit cards for out of state individuals even though the website states it DOES. They said they need 2-3 days notice for a reservation and since it was placed on a holiday they didn't want to fulfill the reservation. When I stated it does NOT say that in the confirmation email I was given attitude and told EVERYTHING is in the email. Lol no it's not. Depending on what type of vehicle they wanted either a $300 or $700 deposit. Then before I finally walked out to find a different rental agency I said I didn't want any extra protections and I was questioned if my personal car insurance would cov

They were very expedient and very kind. They gave me a clean fuel efficient vehicle and were satisfied on how I returned it. Will be happy to do business with them again. Kudos to enterprise.
