Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car on 12/26 for 3 days and this was the dirtiest car have ever been given as a rental. I’m not going to complain about the service as the representative did his best to get folks in and out with what appeared to be a busy rental day. However, I would give this rating zero stars if I could as I was given a Hyundai Elantra with stained seats front and back and it was clear the vehicle had not been cleaned as the carpets were dirty too and the entire car felt sticky. It was embarrassing having my family enter a very dirty car that weekend. This is now the 3rd time I’ve rented with Enterprise in multiple states off airport and this is seems to be their business plan….putting customers in dirty cars. I’m done with Enterprise for good!!! I will gladly use Hertz or Avis from here o

I just rented again from Enterprise yesterday (02/24/2026), returning the vehicle today, and was again reminded why I keep returning to the same place! Thank you Chris and Jesse as well as Tom, you guys have what to be proud of! From your outstanding service, the spotless cars, and the friendly attitude, your location is the BEST!! I’ve rented from Enterprise before in another state and the experience was flawless, simple and easy. HOWEVER, I am not talking about the same place. Not sure where to begin with my experience. I rented from the Lakewood, NJ location which clearly is understaffed. The location itself is dirty and smells like a garbage dump. This was my first time here. The lady that helped me (Lucy I believe her name is) was very kind but that’s about the extent of good things I have to say. I was charged for an extra driver when I did not mention having a second party driving as the rental was in my name and I knew I would be the ONLY person driving.
