Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent experience at this location!! The car is great! I was trying to switch my car for a week and checked other Enterprise locations in Clarksville and Columbia Laurel, but they kept denying my request. The Lanham location was a completely different experience. Shout out to Philip—he was amazing, made sure I got the car on time, and even switched me to an SUV as I requested. I called in the morning, and he called me back within two hours once the car was available. Really appreciate the excellent service!

I had a really good experience renting from this location. The car was great and the staff was friendly and professional. At pickup, my time did get pushed back about an hour, but it honestly wasn’t a big inconvenience and didn’t cause any real issues for me. I especially want to shout out Phillip, the assistant manager, for his patience and professionalism. I’ll be honest — when I was being asked about all the add-on fees and extras, I definitely had a bit of an attitude 😅, but Phillip stayed calm, respectful, and professional the entire time. He explained everything clearly without any pressure, which I really appreciated. Overall, solid experience, great customer service, and I would absolutely rent from this location again!!!

The team here is very nice and quick! I had a long term rental and experienced no issues with the vehicle or picking it up/dropping it off. They were very communicative and willing to be accommodating towards me with the snow storm.

This location in Lanham seabrook is top notch with service each time I rented the customer service and urgency to get each individual in a car with follow up and check ins is phenomenal. I’m not going to any other one ! They take care of you / Phil / Chris Ty 🤛🏿

I had a good experience with the Seabrook/Lanham office. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and pretty straightforward. Awa was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this team for your car rental needs.
