Had to rent a truck for 2 months due to insurance claim, and my rep Tyler was amazing. The customer service he provided was outstanding I really recommend this location.

I emailed them about the condition of my car and received no response. I let them know the car they gave me was trash. I was running behind and needed to get on the road for my meeting. I was very disappointed in the car I was given. I would have expected better. The representative stated because of COVID there were limited options. I don’t believe it. Update - I did receive a response, and appreciated it. I have rented from Enterprise after and had a really good experience!!
