This was actually my second week renting the same vehicle, which speaks volumes about how satisfied I was the first time around. Jeremy and Tajae provided truly outstanding customer service—from helping me select the best vehicle for my needs to ensuring it was immaculately clean upon pickup. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Great place to rent a car and has fair prices compared to airport prices. The customer service is excellent and swift. I got a toyota RAV4 and it was an excellent car, drove very smooth the whole day I had it. Had a family road trip of a day and it kept us cool and secure all day. Excellent quality service!

Rented a Nissan Altima to only having the tire blown out that night. Tire was in bad condition, not to mention the seats had stains on them. Almost got into an accident! I had to not only change the tire but switch the vehicle the next morning at another location near my home. It was very unsafe and inconvenient. Don’t bother going to this location, their staff have attitudes. Gaby was great tho.

This place TAKES your money! Check your bank account once you leave the car. Charging me for things I specifically told them it was just for ONE DAY! Oh and the car was dirty! The front window looked like they cleaned it with a dirty towel. The windows were all dirty period. The passenger seat dirty. Overall do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for better service.

Very helpful and nice employees. Mr Nick and Mr Jaylan was a very very kindhearted employee. On our vacation we rented a car from them. And it added extra meaning to our trip. Thanks
