Enterprise Rent-A-Car

To start, I initially chose the Columbia location through my insurance app. However, after waiting to speak with someone for 20 minutes and not being able to even talk to someone, I decided to change my reservation to be with the Laurel location instead of Columbia. I was able to have my reservation confirmed within five minutes and headed to pick up my rental vehicle an hour later. The accessibility is something I especially appreciated throughout this process. Everyone working there is super friendly and wonderful - especially Moziah and Daisy (there was another young lady working that day and I'm so sorry I didn't get her name but her as well!!). This process was very smooth because of Dominic Sims. He was extremely professional, kind, and helpful during the entire process and I am grateful. He also did well with communicating with my insurance on my behalf, which took the stress off of myself. I would definitely recommend him if you come to this location.

Anthony, Moe and Daisy were very helpful from the moment I walked in. I was greeted acknowledged immediately. The staff were very nice and helpful. Daisy was awesome, she helped me get my rental. They all made this experience, very blissful because this was the first time that I was ever in a rental. They explained the whole process answered all my questions and at drop off Moe helped me out and everything was very smoothly Thanks again!

The Enterprise in Laurel at 13605 Baltimore Ave. Is the best crew I've dealt with since renting a car from Enterprise. I recommend everyone try them. Very professional, courteous and helpful. See for yourself.

I just checked his credit card statement and was very shocked. My rental car was scheduled to be returned on November 23. However, on November 22, I leased a Subaru and the company said they would return the rental car on my behalf. When I checked my card statement, I saw a charge of $87.28. I called Enterprise, and the representative told me they would issue a refund. I waited, and I didn't get it. I called up two times again. The staff will give refund it...but I didn't. So so angry.They didn't keep the promise Please refund it $87.28
