Riverside Lawrenceville location actually wash the vehicles with soap and water. Most locations spray their vehicles with water only. Thanks for great service from the entire staff on Sunday Dec 29th. Staff was extremely busy but were very wonderful helping customers

I have to be honest and say that on Saturday, November 14th, I did not have the best customer service experience. However, my return experience is the reason for this 5-star review. When I returned my car, the male employee asked about my experience. I told him about the issue I encountered, and he took immediate action. Not only did he make the situation right, but he also ensured that I would return as a customer. I believe the employee was Rodney, and he was definitely outstanding—an asset to the organization. Thank you for resolving the situation and keeping me as a loyal customer. I will be back in the future because of this employee’s strong customer service skills.

In all of the years of doing business with Enterprise, this location and its employees, Megan, especially, has made the process so easy and seamless from beginning to the end. The customer service was top tier and also the time I was in and out of an Enterprise was incredible! Thanks guys!

Wanted to rent a truck for a vacation trip. Vehicle was wrecked in multiple places. Scratches had been covered with sharpie. Twist ties holding on parts. When I declined the vehicle. I sat for 45 mins to receive another vehicle. Was offered a compact suv for the same price. I ended up getting an uber and leaving. To the owners please don’t reach out for resolution, I’m here for transparency of the people.

A great experience. They provided me with outstanding customer service. My car had just been totaled. My GEICO agent arranged for my rental car on that challenging Sunday morning. Their superb response brought sunshine into my already cloudy day!
