If you're planning to rent a car to make your stay in Lawton more convenient, this company is the ideal choice. While booking online might mean a slightly longer wait in line to pick up your car, all transactions are secure and deposits are refundable. The staff is very friendly and provides exceptional service. Although my flight was delayed, I called them to inform them and they kindly understood, as it was covered by my insurance policy.

On March 20th at around 10:30 pm, the reps job was to scare 😱 me into taking their insanely expensive insurance coverage, just in case there's a hail storm that causes damage to the car while it's in my possession. According to google, the last time it hailed in that area was Tuesday, September 24, 2024. No thanks, I used my credit card car rental coverage. The car was filthy and the parking lot was poorly lit at night, making it difficult to see certain types of car damage. The car looked like it was used in an off road competition. It would be great if another rep was there, it almost took an hour to get a car.

Great experience. Showed up 10 minutes early for reservation and they got me taken care of in less than 5 minutes. The ladies behind the desk were very helpful, kind, and professional. The car was right where they said it was, full of gas, and clean. The car also drove as it should and I had no problems with it during the duration of the rental. I was a bit late coming back, but they assured me that I would be fine as long as I got back within an hour of my original return time. When I showed up, the lady was very prompt and I had the keys returned and my receipt in my inbox within 5 minutes. Definitely would recommend.

During a recent visit to Lawton, OK I rented a car from Enterprise. Sandra - the customer service representative was very helpful and assisted me in getting a vehicle that supported my needs. She was very responsive- because of her I will rent from Enterprise again.
