Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was rear-ended and suffered many injuries. This location had amazing customer service and made sure to find a vehicle that didn't cause me more pain to get in and out of. The vehicle was new, clean, upgraded safety features, blind spot detection, dash monitor with front and back camera and had sensory detection. If a bird flew to close it let you know. The interior was clean, sharp and well maintained. My seat was more comfortable than a lazy boy. Due to the lack of communication from the insurance company, Enterprise was always respectful and understanding. They even went above and beyond to get my rental extended. I will definitely return here for future rental needs.

Enterprise used to be a good company. But now the don't accept debit cards. Only major credit cards. And the don't tell you, when you reserve a vehicle. You find out when you go to pick up you car! And they require a big deposit now, on top of the actual rental fee. I have rented from them many times. But never again!

Rental for company travel. The staff was courteous and efficient. Although they were busy assisting another customer, they acknowledged me when I entered and said they would be with me shortly (and they were). I have now rented vehicles from this location over the past few years and have always had a good experience. Thanks!!

Damir Faison took care of us & we couldnt be happier! Made our return process quick and painless after a long haul across the country. Extremely courteous manners, held the door open for my mother and I. Took the time to explain what would be charged and asked if we were pleased or had any issues with the vehicle. We reserved a mid-size vehicle and were given a Toyota Corolla. I questioned the fact that it is considered mid-sized because it’s tiny! Luckily our luggage fit, however when searching the EPA vehicle class, it is considered compact. The interior of the car windshield was not cleaned properly which became a big deal at sunset on unfamiliar roads. I’m scrambling to find a napkin or something to clean it! Then when trying to clean the outside further into our trip, we realized there was no washer fluid. On top of that, the horn sounds like it belongs on a kid’s bike! We’ve always had great experiences with Enterprise but are very disappointed on this one.
