Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car was filthy upon pick up, and staff was not interested in washing it, even though I had arranged for the car several days in advance, and it should’ve been washed already. They were more interested in going home for the day, and rolled their eyes when I asked if we could get it washed. I was told no. Also, the right rear window would not close fully shut; it had to be closed by hand by pulling on it. Stef said “that’s just the way it is with Mustangs“. Sorely lacking in service and quality.

Real pleasant. I called inadvance to confirm a rental before I made the mission. Which I really recommend because the turn around time on the vehicles are crazy. Lucky to have one available at all! Employees where sweet. Car was super clean and beautiful. I was out the door in less then 35 minutes. Wow!

Lehigh Enterprise location is actually the best Enterprise location. I have ever been in and I travel a lot. The employees all work together there they are very professional , friendly and knowledgeable about their job and they are all happy to be there. This Enterprise location. should be used as an example for setting the bar high. Professionalism is something that is very hard to find any longer in this world and it’s very nice to see these guys bring it every day 100%. Vehicles are always clean and ready to go on time with fast friendly personal service. Great job guys you deserve to be recognized for your excellence and taking your careers to next level.

Although the lehigh acres one was awesome, the day I was supposed to have a rental due to getting hit by a school bus, the fort myers location didn't honor my reservation made by the schools insurance. They had no cars. I ran around to several locations, wasted an entire day and the only day off for the week of my daughter in law. No cars. Resercations dont count. Had to wait until the next day to get a car. Enterprise is lacking. They were once superior to all other rent a car companies. Not any more. But again, the lehigh acres office was great.

I'm so disappointed because this location is so convenient and the guy that assisted me was nice. When we received the car the window was so dirty on the inside I could barely see out of it. I had to clean it myself. I did not receive a full tank of gas. Therefore I did not return it with a full tank of gas. I was later charged a ridiculous amount to refill it. $ 5.10 cents a gallon. Total of $ 13.26. I argued with them because I did not believe it was fair. I returned it how I received it. They didn't care and I never got a refund. The maintenance required light came on a day into our trip. We were never notified that the car is a self-driving car. The car would speed up, it would slow down and it would brake without any assistance from me. This is a very dangerous feature. Especially
