Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent a car, I text them before they even open I would have perferred a car thst has heat we are in New England and it is going to dnow next 3 days, no response. I use online chat they cannot help but will stnd it to the location- still no response more than 8 hours later, also mo working radio and dusty big time $300 for what I feel at this point should be $100 or less

I had a good one-way rental experience with Enterprise. Personable staff, conveniently-located offices, a free local pickup service and reasonable prices make me a satisfied customer. I expect to rent from Enterprise again. But things are rarely perfect—the car (2024 Corolla) could have been in a little better condition. The cruise control features weren’t working (I would have liked to have them for the >600mi drive); a previous customer had likely smoked in the vehicle (to my fellow customers, please just don’t smoke in rentals—the smell lingers until the end of time); there was a little of that annoying fog on the interior glass surface (I cleaned that myself). But the car was in good working order otherwise and was a pleasure to drive.

I used to have no problems with this location. The last two times I booked a rental for work travel, they notified me the same day I had to leave that there was no car available for me. Both times I booked ahead of time. If they let me know ahead of time, I could have made other plans. Why allow so many bookings if you don't have enough vehicles? They brushed me off and didn't seem to care that they completely stressed me out. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never use them again.

I rented here multiple times over the past few years and they are some of the easiest and friendliest staff to work with by far. I was recently out of state trying to rent a car with the same company & it didn’t go as smoothly. I was relieved to drop the car off at this location because I knew I would receive great customer service! Please keep up the great work!!

Really bad customer service. I rented a car while my car was in for repairs. I put it on a card which was compromised and cancelled by my bank. I had to go to the Enterprise office so they could run the new card for payments since I didn’t know when my car would be ready. When I returned the rental car, I spoke with a rep from the Leominster office. She said that the car was in good shape and I would get my deposit back. I was due $600+ back because apparently they collected a second deposit without notifying me. The rep insisted on sending to the cancelled car even though I told her not to.! Asked them to send it to the other card I have them. She said she couldn’t and that I needed to talk to my bank. I went to my bank the next day and spoke to the manager. She said many of the bank’s cu
