Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Car Rental in Lexington Park. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and customer service was top-notch. Kayla Young and Angela Garcia-Clark were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. They took the time to answer my questions, made the rental process simple, and ensured I was completely satisfied before I left the lot. It’s rare these days to find a team that combines professionalism with such a personal touch, but Kayla and Angela absolutely delivered. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service truly set this location apart. If you need a rental in the Lexington Park area, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Enterprise and national car rental in Lexington Park, Maryland, is truly amazing! I’ve been renting cars every weekend, and the service is consistently impressive. The service is so notable that I asked for the names of the two folks who made the experience extremely pleasant: Derrick and Raven. I’ve seen this location during both peak holiday seasons and slow business days, and when they’re around, they can provide the same excellent customer service regardless of the day, time, or number of people waiting in line. They’ve made me feel welcome, no matter if my request was short-fused or for the long term. As a national car rental executive elite and an Enterprise platinum tier member, I can vouch for Derrick and Raven’s customer service abilities. Team lexington Park enterprise thank you

I reserved a minivan online but they called and said one wasn’t available. I asked if they had a full size SUV and was told yes. I asked the price difference and it was about $20 more a day. I figured that wasn’t bad.. I was told $68 a day over the phone but it ended up being over $80 a day. The tire pressure light came on as soon as I drove off the lot. I did however love the vehicle. It made our trip more enjoyable. Picking up and dropping off went smoothly.

Before I retired, I averaged traveling 6 to 10 times a year for 40 years. I rented from all the car rental companies. Because of a car failure while visiting Lancaster PA, I made reservations for a one-way drop-off to Lexington Park MD. I was so impressed with renting experience from Enterprise in Lancaster PA. Upon arriving, I met Jaiden Lisbon. Jaiden took all my information and went over everything we needed to know about the rental car agreement. He then escorted us to the car checking everything in the car and answering any questions we had about the car. What made this so much different than all my previous rentals were Jaiden Lisbon! He had a great attitude and enthusiasm for what he was doing. This man really enjoyed his job and helping people. He should be training future employ

Great company! Staff can answer your questions in how to drive the newest model cars. Cars are super clean. The staff can even help you when certain things change in your schedule. They are the best. The team in Lexington Park Md sets the standards for how a modern business should be. Very happy with this team. Will always return to them if we need them in the future!
