I want to express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Enterprise Car Rental and their remarkable employee, Cloly. Every interaction with her has been beyond excellent, but my most recent visit truly showed her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for customers. When I returned to rent a car for the second time, the specific vehicle I wanted—within the price range I was budgeting for—was not available at that location. Instead of simply telling me there was nothing she could do, Cloly went far above and beyond what anyone would expect. She personally called a nearby Enterprise branch to check if they had the car I was looking for. Not only did she find the exact vehicle I needed, but she also spoke with the staff there to make sure they treated me wi

At this point, Enterprise is a complete disappointment. First of all, what's the point of a reservation?! You literally wait for an hour or more for a car. Why is it hard to manage the business of getting people in their rentals quicker. Most people have plans when they need a rental car. I would suggest getting your rental the day before your plans to ensure your schedule is not impacted by the extremely long wait times. AND after waiting so long for a car. We get the nastiest, dirtiest car. The funny thing is that when you call, they are promoting the cleanliness of their cars. Imagine waiting over an hour for a nasty car, and you have no choice but to take it as is because you've waited forever and have to get to your destination. Enterprise need to do better, especially this location!

The only issue I had with this process is when I got back from my trip when I called to see if someone could drop me off I was told by the staff that there was no one was able to drop me off because the driver was gone for the day. I was told that if chose to be dropped or picked up it had to be before 4:30pm initially and it was before that time. I only lived a half mile away and it was a very rainy day so I could not walk. Upon arriving I booked an Uber because I was told I could not be dropped off. While waiting on my Uber another customer came in and asked to be dropped off at another location. The staff then asked for her address and told her to have a seat and agreed to drop her off. I just felt that was unfair and I felt discriminated against. I felt like if the driver was gone then

Upon initiating the reservation process, I was quoted a price exceeding twice the standard rate. Upon arrival at the Enterprise location, I was informed that the requested vehicle was unavailable, and in fact, no vehicles were accessible. The associate indicated that my reservation was made through a third party, and they were unaware of the current inventory. I was advised to return home and contact them in an hour to check for availability. Subsequently, I contacted reservations again to report the situation. The representative apologized and directed me to an alternative Enterprise branch a few blocks away. Upon arriving at the second location, I received the same information regarding vehicle unavailability. At this point, I was considerably frustrated. The manager then intervened and

Horrible service from the Enterprise Stone Mountain location. I scheduled days in advance to be picked up at a repair shop after dropping off my car for service. I received a confirmation email. Just to be sure, I called Enterprise an hour before leaving home to drop off the car to ensure I’d be picked up, and was told no, they don’t pick up at that location. Had I not called, I would have been left stranded without my car or a rental. Doubtful I’ll use that office again.
