Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Little Falls. My car died unexpectedly and I needed a rental quickly, so I came in feeling pretty stressed. The branch manager, Max Irizarry, was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I actually rented from Hertz in Fairfield earlier that week, but the car reeked of weed and they sold me things I did not need, so I returned it early. The difference in service and vehicle quality at Enterprise was night and day. The car I received here was clean, well-maintained, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. This was my 2nd time dealing with this Enterprise location. Both times, it truly feels like 5 stars just isn't enough of a compliment for the staff here. Tommy was such a great guy to deal with. My reservation was ready for me immediately, as this was a last minute need. Extending the rental term by a few extra days was a seamless process. Then to top it off, at the drop off, Tommy made sure I could get where I had to and didn't need anh ride. Exceptional service is the only way I can truthfully describe this location.

The team at the Little Falls Enterprise were absolutely exceptional in all aspects. They made my rental experience extremely easy and stress free after just having a car accident. The cars I received from this location were very clean and modern. I was fortunate enough to receive larger vehicles during a winter storm. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family and if I have any rental needs in the future I will definitely come back here. Horrible customer service, extremely rude. I called two days ago to explain my situation to the man, then called the following morning to confirm the details and he had no idea who I was after talking to me the day before; he rushed me off the phone to come in. I get there and cant rent me the car, so unprofessional. Go to another enterprise by my job in ridgewood and im in and out with a car in 15 minutes with the most amazing service. The guy working Wednesday morning should be taught how to work with people because he has no customer service skills.

I had the opportunity to be picked up and dropped off at the location where my car was being serviced. I was also able to extend the rental period until my car was ready. The entire process was very accommodating and convenient.
